Signing up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Simply create an account and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.

Simply log into your account and click on the Rewards section! From there, you can view your rewards balance, points activity, ways to earn, and available rewards.

There are a few ways you can earn points as a member. You can earn points by making purchases on our website or engaging in Program activities, like leaving product reviews, completing our quizzes, starting a product subscription or following us on social media.
You will earn points for every £1 you spend on our website. Points earned for GBP spent do not include taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees associated with your purchase. -
It is very simple to redeem the points you have earned. Simply direct those points to a purchase you are about to make and the discount will automatically be applied. You will be able to see your points balance in your cart and on the checkout page and will be able to apply them at any point.

Your Rewards Tier is determined by the number of points that you earn, whether through purchases or through completing Reward Program activities such as following us on social media or taking our quizzes. Once you enter a Tier (you will enter the first tier the day you open a Graceful account), you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned the tier. If you accumulate enough points during the course of that year to ascend to the next tier then you will be automatically promoted. You will remain in that Tier for a calendar year, and will either ascend or descend at the end of the year depending on your points accumulated.

Double-check you were signed into your Rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest or use an email address that is not associated with your account. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points or, if you do check out as a guest, to earn points you must check out using the email address associated with your account. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email address in error, contact us to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is cancelled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

Yes! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
1. Try to refresh your browser.
2. Try to log out and then back in to your account.
3. Check your reward activity in your rewards account to see if the points were added without you realising it. Your balance activity will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.
If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our team and they will look into the issue for you. -
Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on this page or through your account.
Your referred friend must make a first-time online purchase of £45 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees) to receive a 20% discount off their purchase. Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their qualifying purchase.
When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your balance activity within your account to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
